Cashew Sesame Pasta Sauce


Ingredients


  • 2 large garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cilantro

Directions


  1. In a blender, blend sauce ingredients with salt, and pepper to taste until smooth.
  2. Cook pasta al dente, drain, toss with sauce, and serve.
