• 1c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 pkg cream cheese
  • 1-1/2c sour cream
  • 2t vanilla


  • 1-1/4c graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4c soft butter
  • 1/4c sugar


  1. Combine eggs and sugar in blender until mixed.
  2. Add cream cheese half at a time, then sour cream and vanilla. Blend.
  3. Combine base ingredients by hand and press into bottom of spring-form pan.
  4. Pour batter into pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350.
  5. Open the oven door, turn off oven and leave cake in for 15 minutes.
  6. Cool on rack and refrigerate.
