Cherry Pie Filling


Ingredients

  • 4c fresh cherries, halved and pitted
  • 1/4c flour
  • 2T sugar
  • 1T butter
  • Dash cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients except the butter.
  2. Place in pie shell.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, and then reduce to 350 and bake for 30 minutes.
