Ingredients

  • 2 scoops (200ml) dry roasted coffee beans (Sumatra, Ethiopia Harrar) OR 2.5 scoops (300ml) coffee beans

Directions

  1. Slide in roasting container until the base is firmly in, and the lid clicks into place
  2. Press "Time (Power On/Off)" and turn the time dial clockwise to set the time.
  3. Turn the "Temp (Start/Stop)" dial clockwise to set the temperature.
  4. Press the "Temp (Start/Stop)" button to start the roaster.
  5. You can extend the roasting time at any time by turning the "Time (Power On/Off)" dial.
  6. Press the "Temp (Start/Stop)" button at any time to stop roasting and transition into cool-down cycle.

iRoast 2

Ingredients

  • 1 c green coffee beans

Directions

  1. Make sure the lid is on properly.
  2. At the same time, firmly press "Roast/Temp" (R) and "Cool/Time" (C).
  3. Push R once.
  4. Push the arrows until you read you desired temperature.
  5. Push C once.
  6. Push the arrows until you reach 4 minutes.
  7. Push R once.
  8. Push the arrows until you reach you desired temperature.
  9. Push C once.
  10. Push the arrows until you reach 7 minutes.
  11. Push R once.
  12. Push the arrows until you reach you desired temperature.
  13. Push C once.
  14. Push the arrows until you reach 4 minutes.
  15. At the same time, firmly press R and C. It should say "SET".
  16. Push R once to get it started.
  17. When beans are dark and slightly oily, hit C.
