Hummus


Ingredients

  • 1 19oz can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/3c olive oil
  • 1/3c tahini
  • juice of 1 large, juicy lemon (about 3T?)
  • 3 regular sized cloves garlic (3 humongous red russian cloves was too much for Amalia)
  • 1/2t salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
