Mocha-Nut Butterballs


Ingredients

  • 1c butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2c sugar
  • 2t vanilla
  • 2t instant-coffee (dry)
  • 1/4c unsweetened cocoa
  • 1-3/4c flour
  • 1/2t salt
  • 2c finely chopped pecans
  • Icing sugar

Directions

  1. Cream first three ingredients until light.
  2. Add next four ingredients, mix well, then add nuts.
  3. Shape into 1" balls and put on greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake in preheated 325 oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool on racks. Roll in (or sprinkle on top before serving) icing sugar.
