Mustard Sauce


Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 c veggie stock
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • salt, pepper, paprika

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Add flour; cook 1 min stirring constantly. Stir in dry mustard. Gradually whisk in veg stock.
  3. Increase heat and bring to boil. Reduce to medium low and simmer 3 - 5 minutes or until thickened.
  4. Stir in Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and paprika.
  5. Serve with roasted vegetables.
