Pepperoni Seitan


Ingredients


  • 1.5 c vital wheat gluten
  • 1/4 c nutritional yeast
  • 1 t salt
  • 2 t paprika
  • 1/4 t cumin
  • 2 t pepper
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 t allspice
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 1 t onion powder

  • 3/4 c water
  • 4 T tomato paste
  • 1 T tamari
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T worcestershire sauce

Directions


  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all wet ingredients, mix together well.
  3. Form into a log, wrap in tinfoil.
  4. Bake at 300 for 60 minutes.
