Pumpkin Pie


Ingredients

  • 2c pumpkin
  • 1c milk
  • 1c cream
  • 1/2c brown sugar
  • 1/2c white sugar
  • 1-1/2t cinnamon
  • 1/4t salt
  • 1/2t nutmeg
  • 1T flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions

  1. Combine wet ingredients.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Combine wet with dry.
  4. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, and then reduce temperature to 325 and bake for 50 minutes.
