Pumpkin Spice Syrup


  • 0.3c pumpkin purée
  • 0.75c packed brown sugar
  • 1.25c water
  • 1t cinnamon
  • 0.5t nutmeg
  • 0.25t cloves
  • 0.25t powdered ginger


  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes or until it begins to coat the back of a spoon.
  3. Refrigerate. Add 1-2T to a latte/steamed milk.
