Satay Sauce


Ingredients


  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh Ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 Red Thai/Bird chilies, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 2 teaspoons Tamari
  • 2 tablespoons Soft brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Lime juice

Directions

  1. Brown onions, Ginger, and garlic in oil.
  2. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10-15 min or until thick.
