Sun Tea


  • 4 earl grey or orange pekoe teabags
  • about 2L water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3-4T sugar


  1. Brew teabags in water in full sun for 4-6 hours.
  2. Once tea is nice and dark, remove teabags and add lemon juice and sugar. Mix well, flavour as needed (more lemon or sugar may be needed for orange pekoe tea).
