- 1c parsley

- 1/2c mint

- 3-4 cherry tomatoes

- 1/4 white onion

- 2-3 lemons

- 1-2T bulgar

- olive oil

- salt


- Chop parsley and mint, and mix in a bowl.

- Chop tomato and onion, mix in a bowl.

- Add juice from the lemons to the tomato/onion. Add bulgar, olive oil, and salt. Let sit for a few minutes, mix with parsley/mint.
